Island Properties was the first estate agency based on the islands, founded by Tony Dingley in 1989. We've sold more island property than anyone else, and we bring that experience to every instruction we take on.

In May 2026 it was decided that Island Properties needed an uplift and it was re-branded to become Scilly Estate Agents Ltd. In doing so a new partner - Ty - was welcomed to revive the business and take it into  the 21st Century.
